The olives of this lemon extra virgin olive oil were harvested in early November 2023, and are processed within a maximum of 6 hours along with fresh lemons. The olive oil is stored in large steel vats airtight. These bottles will be bottled and have a shelf life of at least July 2026.

The extra virgin olive oil with lemon obtained the gold medal on June 12, 2020 in Palmi, Italy, awarded by best olive oil sommeliers of the world.
