The olives from this oil with rosemary, parsley and thyme were harvested in early November 2020, pressed immediately (within a maximum of 6 hours) and the extra virgin olive oil is stored airtight in large steel barrels. As soon as fresh rosemary, parsley and thyme are available, this oil is produced. These bottles were bottled in September 2020 and have a shelf life of at least two years.
Casa Astrid produces a one-off annually limited volume of 509 liters olive oil of this kind. We reserve a fixed number of ingredients of the highest quality from our Italian local farmers months in advance. Both transport and production are limited to once a year, so we contribute to less CO2 emissions.
