The olives from this oil with oregano, peppers and garlic were harvested at the beginning of November 2020, pressed immediately (within a maximum of 6 hours) and the extra virgin olive oil is stored airtight in large steel barrels. As soon as fresh oregano, garlic, and peppers are available, this oil is produced. These bottles were bottled in February 2021 and have a shelf life of at least two years.

Casa Astrid produces a one-off annually limited volume of 500 liters olive oil of this kind. We reserve a fixed number of ingredients of the highest quality from our Italian local farmers months in advance. Both transport and production are limited to once a year, so we contribute to less CO2 emissions.
