Our extra virgin olive oil with lemon earned a gold medal awarded by the world’s best olive oil sommeliers EVO IOOC on June 12, 2020 in Palmi Italy.
We are therefore proud that our olive oil is a genuine natural product. No preservatives, no flavor enhancers and no additional sugars are added to our olive oil. The lemons come from local farmers from Amalfi.This oil is bottled in a refillable and durable stainless steel bottle.By refilling this bottle back with the ecopack, you are helping to greatly reduce fossil fuels, energy, water and waste. The pour spout in the image is available as an option.

This is the last available stock for now. Due to the limited 2023/2024 harvest of extra virgin olive oil, which is used as the base ingredient on this oil, this product will not be produced in the spring 2024 year.

Description

The olives of this lemon extra virgin olive oil were harvested in early November 2022, and are processed within a maximum of 6 hours along with fresh lemons from local Amalfi farmers. The olive oil is stored in large steel vats airtight. These bottles will be bottled and have a shelf life of at least July 2025.

Casa Astrid produces a one-time limited volume of 250 liters of olive oil with lemon each year. We reserve months in advance to produce fresh lemons of the highest quality from our Italian farmer and partner in Amalfi. Both transport and production are, as far as possible, limited to once a year, thus contributing to less CO2 emissions. The lemon extra virgin olive oil is also available in a 500ml refill pack.
