The olives from this oil with garlic were harvested at the beginning of November 2020, pressed immediately (within a maximum of 6 hours), the extra virgin olive oil is stored airtight in large steel barrels. As soon as fresh garlic from Lazio is available, this oil is produced. These bottles were bottled in February 2021 and have a shelf life of at least two years.
Casa Astrid produces a one-off annually limited volume of 500 liters olive oil with garlic. We reserve a supply of fresh garlic of the highest quality months in advance from our Italian farmer and partner in the province of Lazio. Both transport and production are limited to once a year, so we contribute to less CO2 emissions. This volume is divided over the following packages:
